Head of Service (Mental Health), Greater Manchester, Lancashire.
My client is a progressive, successful multi-award winning private healthcare provider looking to expand their management team. They are looking for an experienced manager and inspirational leader to steer and develop their mental health services.
Using your strong relationship-building skills you will be leading a multi-disciplinary team, managing internal and external relationships with all key stakeholders, commissioners, families and clients. Your experience will see strong operational management skills paired with a solid understanding of care services (ideally including children and young people), such as mental healthcare, behavioural support and therapeutic services.
You will have a deep understanding of care quality, and be passionate about ensuring the most positive outcomes for all your clients. This position will give you the autonomy and support you to ensure you are able to constantly look to evolve the services, looking for any opportunity to develop and enhance the offerings and ways of working.
This is a modern, progressive organisation making a real difference, with a very talented and committed senior leadership team. There is further growth and development planned, which offers excellent opportunities for further internal progression. They are financially stable, well established and hold several accreditations and awards recognising their levels of investment and quality as an employer.
